Maintenance programs are essential to ensure peak performance, tenant satisfaction and asset preservation.
ECS provide maintenance quality audits and reporting to assist the building owners assess the equipment condition and operational performance against the current contractual requirements and KPI’s. The audit report will also include any identified outstanding maintenance items, standards of lift maintenance, lift reliability, ride quality analysis and any identified Occupational Health and Safety Issues. As a value add, ECS will include a follow up inspection to verify all the outstanding maintenance items have been rectified by the incumbent maintenance contractor and issue a letter of completion to the building owners.
