ECS has developed a range of fully comprehensive preventative elevator maintenance agreements that are tailored to the installed equipment and clients requirements and includes fixed contract price or CPI based price adjusted annually, minimum specified level of maintenance required, actual number of maintenance visits per annual specified in contract, key performance indicators (KPI’s) measurement parameters (lift speed, door times, waiting intervals, response times and breakdowns) and ability to apply monetary penalties for non-conformance with contract conditions.
