Elevator Consultancy Service Pty Ltd was established in 2011 by Graeme Hughes. With over 65 years of combined industry experience; our aim is to provide tailored solutions and provide an independent personal service to drive and achieve desired outcomes.
With the many changes in this industry, it’s important for building owners and managers to be kept up to date with changes in regulations and technology.
ECS is a full service vertical transportation consulting firm offering a wide range of professional services including elevator and escalator design and specifications for new construction and modernisation; project management; maintenance condition audits; maintenance contracts; WH&S assessments and management plans; traffic analysis and witness testing.

Background:
Graeme commenced his working career in 1966 when he joined Elevators Pty Ltd as an Apprentice Electrical Mechanic. He has remained within the lift industry, and throughout this time he has gained the respect of his peers and customers, as well as establishing a reputation as being extremely knowledgeable in regards to lift industry matters, highly ethical and professional.

Kareem joined the lift industry in 2001 when he joined Australian Lift Components following a further 10 years at KONE Elevators Pty Ltd followed by elevator consulting in 2013.
Kareem has actively managed a number of modernisation projects, upgrade strategy planning as well as maintenance and modernisation tendering across the country.
